I have added a bunch of hard drives to my system and they show up in my device manager but don't show in the disk management snap in.  Any ideas what is going on or how to fix this?

Can you access this missing drive?

It this the hdd listed as containing the 1863.02 GB capacity?

It was the 3TB drives that were missing.

I fixed it by downloading a program that was able to clear the MBR and that made the drives visible to Windows to initalize.
