Hello, recently i posted a topic about how my PC was slowing down for unknown reasons.

However the problem has gotten worse and i had about 3 to 4 blue screens of death with the error message "UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION".

I have theorized that it could be one of my drives that is causing the problem. But it seems that all of them have passed the S.M.A.R.T test so i dont really know.

If anyone has ever had this problem before and or knows how to fix it, please reply.

Sorry for the late response. Do you still need help? One (or more) of your drives does appear to have some issues; can you run Seagate SeaTools for Windows? Run the LONG GENERIC test.

If I do not reply in three days, please message me.

Hello, sorry for the wait. I ran the tests using seatools and during the middle of the test, my computer blue screened again. However before it did that, i did see that one of the drives failed the test while the others were still getting tested.

Right now i am on linux on a usb. I used the terminal to get some information of the drive in question.

What should i do now?

"sudo lshw -class disk"

       description: ATA Disk
       product: WDC WD30EZRZ-00Z
