Hello,

I'm having an issue with a laptop that keeps bsoding sporadically on boot-up.  Attached is the SysnativeFileCollctionApp info and below are the laptop specs/info.  Also, up to this point, I have already updated bios, updated system drivers, ran chkdsk, ran sfc /scannow, ran memtest86 for 1 full pass, ran Dell onboard diagnostics (extended), reseated RAM module, replaced RAM module from another system, applied Windows updates, currently running Mcafee security scan and banged head on wall several times...

Dell Latitude 7280

Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit 1703

8Gb RAM

Laptop is only about a month old

Let me know if anything else is needed and thanks for any suggestions that can be provided!

Scott

The ZIP file wasn't attached properly. Will you please try again?

Ok.  I just lost access to the laptop until probably Monday.  I'll get a hold of the user then and install that update and report back.

Thanks.

Hello again, I went to install this driver but it was already installed.  I went ahead and did the repair just in case something was going on with it.  I'm now waiting to hear back from the user (they are a remote user not at my location) if they are still having the bsod issue or not.

Thanks.

Hello,

I reached out to the user this morning about this issue and he said he is still getting the bsod's when turning the machine on.  Any other ideas as to what could be causing this?

Thanks!

Can you get your user to run the Sysnative App again?

Ok, I'm waiting to hear back from the user on when I can have access to their machine to run it again.  Will reply back afterwards.
