Dell Inspiron 15 goes to black screen after Dell Splash

I have a Dell Inspiron 15, that after a MS update 4/11 when booting shows Dell logo then Black. I've booted to a Lazesoft USB and run chkdsk a few times, Sys Restore fails on several different dates. Any suggestions.
