Verifying HandBrake Team release signing key with Kleopatra

I'm a newbie and thought this would be a good thing to learn but I'm stuck. I've managed to verify Sha 1 and Sha 256 but I don't understand how to verify the key with Kleopatra.


OS: Windows 10


I've been reading a bit more, is it supposed to be like this, does this mean that the installer is safe?
