Hey does any1 know how to change the ip of a computer i used to know how but i forgot i have windowsXP if you need to know that.
I can only learn what i want to learn.

if your IP is static (Always same IP) you can not change it.
if it is dynamic (Always Changing) you can do this
Start- Run- type: CMD Press Enter type: ipconfig /release Press Enter
Wait for it to release your IP then type ipconfig /renew

Hope this Helps

Also if its Static IP, you can sometimes call up the ISP and request it be changed. they might question your motives and/or you might be charged.
