I was looking through my startup programs and found one titled "avguirna". It won't let me disable it, it doesn't know how much it affects the usage or the publisher. Upon looking it up its a trojan horse.

However, when I try to search this on my computer to delete, I can't find any file or app under the name "avguirna" when I search it.

Is it even really on my computer? Seems to be. I definitely have some kind of virus.

It's part of AVG antivirus program. Have you ever had AVG installed?

Yes I have it installed. But why does it say on a bunch of websites that its a virus? It also looks suspicious on the task bar menu

I'm not sure why the publisher is not listed but as I said it's safe file.

If you want to double check that it's in fact AVG file it should be located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\Framework\Common\

I couldn't actually find the folder Framework in there but I trust your judgement, so thanks for your help.
