Hi everybody. Recently my PC was infected with malware/adware. I was able to finally get rid of it through an AVG Deep scan, which detected that my mschtml.tlb file was the culprit and was corrupted/infected. I removed it with AVG and it seems to have fixed the problems I was having, but now every time I turn on my computer I get a RunDLL popup that says

There was a problem starting mschtml.tlb

Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus.

I'd like to know what course of action I should take. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

to me, this looks like there are still remnants of the infection on the PC, I'd suggest getting your PC checked out at our Malware Section...
