Hi

I've been having this issue with this one folder, even when restarting, startup and immediately try to do any editing or moving folders into it, it's active elsewhere. It's somehow occupied by another program throughout the day, with nothing else open, no other folders or programs open, i can't do anything with it. Is there a way to check what is occupying it? i did have a program called process checker i think but it just showed two file explorers with the same name open, i can't use that program anymore because the exe vanished, probably my malewarebytes deleting any exe it isn't excluding, similar to some games i had to get again.

Can your help not involve any system intense programs, last time i tried to get help from here it bricked my PC, it's already failing in the cpu department.

Some good tips here including Windows Resource Monitor.
