I updated to the Springs Creators Update Version 1803. I have about 6 email registered on the Windows Mail App, but only 3 are showing on the left side under accounts. If I go to Manage Accounts all emails show up. I have done a Reset on the Windows Mail app and re-register the emails. I still have the same issue. I went ahead and uninstall the Mail and Calendar App and the issues is still there. I don't know if anyone who updated to the Springs Creators Update had the same issue.

Update:

Its only the Gmail accounts that are not showing up.

Hi Idanny76,

I noticed that Bree (Windows 10 Forums) offered a response/information about your concern: https://www.tenforums.com/browsers-email/107480-windows-10-mail-app-issue-after-springs-creators-update-version-1803-a.html#post1336733

I'm curious, are you a Windows Insider participant?

No, but I did report the issue to Microsoft. From reading online about this release, it seems to be the final release.

Hello again idanny76,

I admit that all of the Windows update versions can become a bit much for most of us! To verify what Windows 10 Version (OS build) you have installed on your computer do this: -> search -> winver -> click -> the About Windows window will pop up and provide you the answer.

Of course your issue needs to be addressed (regardless what version.) My efforts to find a solution is not a success. Hang in there, another BC member will hopefully see your post to provide some guidance.

Added note: Windows 10 release information: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/itpro/windows-10/release-information

I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I think it has to do with the update and a fix will hopefully come out, once the release has been out officially.

Thanks so much for sharing the screen shot. Goodness, MS didn't waste any time pushing the update through to your computer! Right off the bat it's always so frustrating to encounter complications with the updates. Hopefully the issue like yours is a fluke, and will hopefully not present the same with the large population of others installing this version.

As you're able, please keep us posted as to the process that is presented to fix the problem. Other users can always benefit from the information.

Good luck and hopefully there will not be any further surprises for you!

Since version 1803 is a beta build and not ready for the public yet, there may be things that will not work properly. Before version 1803 gets released to the public we are expecting Microsoft to work out several bugs in the system including the mail app and and Blue Tooth, as well as a few other little bugs.

Be patient and don't run beta software if you are not ready to deal with bugs.

@Rocky

I'm perplexed.  idanny has shared that he is not participating as an Windows Insider, and he has provided a screen shot showing his current build being version 1803 (build 17133.1), how can his computer be running the beta if he's not an insider?

It would be awesome if you can help clarify what might be taking place in his case.

There are several ways that an individual can obtain "gray market" beta software. I will not speculate on how idanny obtained his copy of this unreleased OS but until he shares with us his the specific way that he acquired it I will only assume that he is well aware that he running beta software.

With that said, it is expected that Microsoft will release one or two more bug fixes to build 17133 before it is released to the public. Until then we have to deal with whatever bugs that we may find.

Here is the proposed timeline for the release of Windows 10 1803;

March 30th 2018_-Microsoft posted the ESD file of 17133.1 on github

April10th 2018-Microsoft is expected to post the ISO file of 17133.xxx on a Microsoft server

April 18th 2018- Microsoft is expected to begin rollout of 17133.xxx to the public

How it actually plays out is anybodys guess.

Hi Fellow Insiders...

Looks like the rollout will be similar to the Fall Creators Update
The build in question is no way official and probably not legit. I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole!

Hi idanny76,

It appears that your computer is running on the "Windows Insider" program.

Download Windows 10 Update KB4100375 (OS Build 17133.73)

See here:

https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2018/03/27/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-17133-for-fast/

UPDATE 4/10: We have released KB4100375 (OS Build 17133.73) to Windows Insiders running Build 17133 in the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings.

I feel it's important to point this out as MS users running the "main OS" will not see this update, and I would also caution those who are not in the Windows Insider Program to not race into downloading any of the links you have posted. I seek other opinions about my suggestion.

The good news, it appears that "bugs" are getting ironed out before we see Build 1803! And what a relief for you to have your mail app fixed.
