So I've ran multiple seep scans with all of the latest updates of Ewido, Ad-Aware, Spybot, McAfee stinger, Bit defender, etc. Needless to say, I've followed the instructions to a T, but am still horribly plagued by this infection. Please help! I'm stuck and can't figure out what next. I was hoping you guys could help me. Here is my Hijack this log. Thank You!!!

Hi and welcome. My name is kairis and I will be helping you.
You have some crap there! But don't worry; we'll get you cleaned up!
Please follow my steps in the right order...
We'll start with this:

Please download Combofix
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe
to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
