This seems to be a common problem - I have tried all the solutions suggested I could find but the only one with a successful outcome was to create a new user! But when I look in the different C;\users\X\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows|SendTo they appear both the same. The file Mail Recipient.MAPIMail is present, contains the word 'Mail', but has a file icon instead of the Mail Recipient icon. If I switch to the newly created user I cannot access these folders at all

I do have Outlook, but would prefer the function to use Thunderbird, which until recently it did quite happily. The new user only has Outlook as an email client

If you didn't transfer your user profile to the new account this could cause this.

You can find information regarding this here.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
