Got a roehm and roms process trojan and cannot remove

I was attempting to download an Adobe product and got the wrong file, and downloaded a virus. I have run Malwarebytes and was able to get rid of 800 adware but still 10 items left. I cannot boot in safe mode. I have no idea what this is. Running windows 10 alienware x51

I think it is called panda viewer virus now that I’ve looked through everything
