malware after system restore

I got some malware on my pc Windows 8.1 that started to install bunch of cleaning tools and other programs it froze my OS after reboot a black screen with only a cursor was showing. I did a system restore on the pc now is working okay but it is still off keyboard is not working in chrome browser and mouse drivers are off too. How can i clean my OS?

run ADWcleaner then Malwarebytes anti-malware

 

if you are unable to run them in normal boot.....run them in safe mode

Thank you for the prompt reply. Should I post the log after the scans  or just remove the suspicious software?
