So I recently purchased a pair of AKG K7XX's as well as a massdrop minimic to replace the pair of Logitech G430's that I have. The Logitech headphones weren't the best but there was never any buzzing when plugged into my PS4. Today I connected both my K7XX's and my minimic to the audio/mic to usb joiner that came with my Logitech headphones, and there is a very noticeable buzzing sound. I know it is not the mic because I've plugged them into my phone and tested them, no buzzing. From what I've read online it's a grounding problem with the PS4( the sound is electricity). Since it is only 2 prongs it's not grounded. So my question is: In order to ground my PS4 do I need to buy a 2 prong to 3 prong adapter, Or is there something more that I will need to do? Also, have any of you had this problem and if so what did you do about it? Thank you
