Lately Icons refresh on loading of certain programs

   Getting this annoying desktop ICON refresh when loading various programs , but not ALL . Must have something to do with what features they use.


   For instance, every time I lost Total Commander, the icon redraw. 


   This is not supposed to happen, but at a loss on how to track down the culprit.


   Already deleted and recreated iconcache.db



   Running Win 7 Pro X64 .



   I do NOT see this problem using a clean user profile.   However, recreating the profile would be a massive task, as I have many programs and its a 10 year old install.   Running fine otherwise.
