Theres a file in my c: \windows\ folder and it claims to have administrator really guy and will now allow me to delete it or change it in any way. Kaspersky detected this as a dangerous object and says to run disinfection and restart the computer which I have done multiple times. Every time I come back in, kaspersky gives me the same notification so it seems like its unable to delete the file or is trying to disinfect it but I just want it gone. The file name is a long string of incoherent numbers and letters suffixed by .dll. Im not good with intense computer discourse so maybe and hopefully there is a simple solution that I dont know about.

I would recommend downloading Malwarebytes free edition and running it. Also, have you run it in safe mode? Kaspersky is a fine antivirus, but sometimes you need to run it in safemode to do any good https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/
