Blocking one particular program executing

I wonder anyone has simply blocked a Windows 7 program; somehow this program gets installed on my PC as a result of my stupidity or carelessness. All I need to do  is to blacklist one executable. I don't want to deal with any whitelisting.

You say you carelessly down loaded the program, why not down load Revo Uninstaller from this site and remove it.  Use the advanced button it will do a good job of ridding you of the intruder.
