Hi, I was looking for a solution to remove all members of a facebook group I was an administrator on. I didn't want to do this manually, so I risked using a script in the Chrome console, provided on this link, using the instructions provided there (open the console with Ctrl+Shift+J, paste the code, add your facebook ID somewhere in the code so you don't also get removed from the group, run the code).
I thought, by looking at the script, that it looked harmless. It was probably a very, very bad idea. It didn't do what it was supposed to, though, and I am worried that I might've somehow compromised my security by running it. I changed my facebook password. What other risks are there for running such a script, and how do I make sure I am secure? What should I do? Are my browser and computer still safe?
PS: In case you are wondering why I needed the script, facebook doesn't allow group deletion unless the admin removes all group members, and there is no "official" way to do this other than manually, one member at a time. Which is what I ended up doing.
