The last person who helped me with the first PC issue I had was someone named Gary. He was very helpful. I had a virus; he helped me to get rid of it and regain access to my PC. This time, I am not sure what is happening.

The PC froze, I tried performing a hard reset. The following message keeps appearing: "Your PC/device needs to be repaired. Error code: 0xc0000185"

How do I rectify this?
