Hello! I think this is the right sub-forum for this question, but apologies if it's not.

I've been playing a video game where the servers are hosted in Russia, and I've seen 140-160 ping for the past few months during gameplay. Then as of a few weeks ago the ping has been much worse, anywhere from 300ms to over 1k. I am the only one in game experiencing this increase in ping among my friends (also located in the US), and meanwhile my ping to google and other US servers is consistently normal throughout these issues.

I've power-cycled everything multiple times, called the ISP guy out to my house (who subsequently replaced the fiber box because it was old, though that didn't help the problem at all), tried multiple computers, wireless and wired, etc.

I am on a mac running MacOS 10.13.3, have ATT high speed internet, and the game is World of Warcraft TBC if that matters :)

I am not super network/internet saavy, so I'm stumped by the fact that my ping is great to the continental US but so horrible to EU. I understand obviously it will be worse, but this is 3-5x worse than I expect it to be, and for months of playing it was reasonable.

Here are a bunch of ping tests to different servers in the US and EU. As you can see I am getting 300+ avg ping to EU, with a huge STDDEV and max. I don't know if it means much, but it was the best way I could think to relay some data about the issue.

I really appreciate any help at all. Thank you!
