The ISO file contains the setup for all editions of Windows 10.  It is your product key, for a completely fresh install, or the digital entitlement, for a reinstall, that determines the edition that will actually be installed.

You're quite welcome.  Having been a Windows user since there's been a Windows I can safely say that as far as installing and reinstalling go that Windows 10 is by far the most user friendly with regard to both.
