System:
Win7 Pro, ASUS B35M-E motherboard, 16GB ram, one 256GB SSD and one 1-TB HDD.

I just finished doing a clean install of Win7 Pro.

After loading a few drivers, I started getting this window popping up a few min's
after a boot; see attached.

Is this serious?

Anyone have any solutions?

Should I uninstall ASUS's "AI Suite 3"?

Do I need it?

Thanks!

Is THIS your post?

In any case...I would uninstall, then reinstall, the specified Asus software...on the premise that it may be corrrupted/damaged.

I have an ASUS board and I don't install AI Suite.

It's classified as a utility by ASUs...which means that it is not necessary but is available for those who want to use it.

I've done a bit of research.

AI Suite 3 . . . does NOT have a good reputation!

Unless someone can tell me that the latest version is less buggy

and/or that this is something that really makes a difference in

performance, stability etc., I'm shying away.

Its taken me A LOT of time (days) to get it completely OUT

of my system so again, unless theres a substantial good

reason, I'm not installing it again!

Looking forward to any advice!

Thanks!
