G'day,

I live in Sunny Queensland. Sunny one day Beautiful the next.

I am 77 years old and have been using my computer for over 20 years.  Most things I have problems with I can solve by e-mailing Microsoft or other Support Help.

I have a problem that nobody seem to be able to help me with.  I am hoping somebody from BEEPING COMPUTER might be able to help.

I have read all the rules and agree with them.

G'day The Fish Doctor.

THE BLUES You must be joking. The Broncos are the team that wear the Maroon Colour that 99% of true Queenslanders follow.  Only those that cross the border to come to live in the best state in Australia might, just might support an inferior team like the Bues, blouse, boobs, What are there called again???

Cheers Perry

G'day paulabo,

I have already posted this question and have received some replies.  Unfortunately I still cannot install the program.

Cheers Perry.

G'day,

I have had a Photographic Program for over 10 years that I use almost every day. I had it installed on my Windows 10 computer.  It worked really well.  I received a Spam Message asking me install a program.  Once I install it I realized it was a Porn Site.  I decided to in uninstall it.  I clicked on Microsoft Premium 10 by mistake and uninstalled it. I had no idea how I could stop the program uninstalling.  I them uninstalled the Porn Program.  I asked several people if it was possible to get the program back.  I have been told that once it had gone from my computer that was the end of it.

Fortunately I still had my original Box with the Insulation Disk for Microsoft Photo Premium 10.  I decided to install it back onto my Windows 10 computer. I tried several times.  This time I received a POP UP that told me it would not install on Windows 10.  I cannot understand why.  If I installed in with Window !0 before why cannot I install it again.  I contacted Microsoft and was told that it was an old program not compatible with Windows 10.  I should purchase a new Photographic Program that is compatible with Windows 10.  I can honestly say that I am so disappointed, as like most old people they get used to the things they have had for years and do not want to change.

I would really appreciate any help.

1. Is it possible to get a program back if it has been Uninstalled ?

2.  Are there any settings I can change to install the CD.? I have tried having my Firewall and anti virus off.

3. If I took it to the I T Shop would any of their Technicians be able to get it back?

Cheers Perry
