Yesterday my Ideapad suddenly froze. I had to hard reset it. When it stated, it got past the Lenovo splash, but hung on the Windows logo. It just circled. I again started it, this time at the Windows logo it said Diagnosing PC, but nothing happened, even after 30 minutes. I again did a hard reset, this time tapping the F8 key to try to get it into Safe Mode at the Lenovo screen. It didn't go into safe mode, but progressed to the Windows splash screen and clocking indicator, but this time I didn't get any messages at all and nothing progressed. I tried this twice. Not sure what to try now.
