I have an Asus GL502V laptop, which upon booting into Windows 10 sometimes shuts down/hibernates within 10 seconds of booting to the desktop. Upon plugging it in and rebooting, there is always 31 or 32% battery remaining according to Windows when this happens .

I don't know what the issue is here as it will boot fine even if there is actually 15% left.

This only happens a couple of times a week - according to HWMonitor the battery is worn 19% so the battery isn't dead, it still holds around 3 hours charge normally.

Any ideas on how to resolve this appreciated.
