Does anyone know of an app that will control volume settings for a minimum and maximum controls?

Well, it wont min. to a set volume (not go below) and wont max. to a set volume (not go above). :)

Well, it wont min. to a set volume (not go below) and wont max. to a set volume (not go above). :)

 

I needed a volume lock instead. All set.  thx
