I have an old Philips Laser MFD 6020.  It will not scan.  It will do photocopies.  I last used it to scan a couple of months ago.  Where can I begin to  find the fault?  Thank you.

That is probably the answer.  Shame to throw it away, but it is quite big and now it can only do half of what it is supposed to.

Under laser scanner manage your device/events tab: it says 'device not migrated'.

Dear Zaffy,
Redacted spam.

The link has an American phone number, I am in the UK.  I think it will cost a lot to phone them and I get the impression they charge for customer support.  Please advise if I have misinterpreted.

EvaJohns is a spammer, disregard what they have said.
