Laptop Shut offs after restarting then

Hi,  Then up to three times after that, then it will run for half hour or so, it just shut off while writing this thread. it is not over heating and i did not add any hardware lately. I ran a memory test it passed a harddrive test it past that too. so i ran a temperature monitor, please take a look and see if that can still be the problems, remember it happens when i first start up a lot. oops i noticed i cannot leave a picture of the heat monitor here. is it possible too? Thanks

download and run Speccy.....check what temps your CPU is at...or post the log here

Temp is 41 and it does not happen when i have the battery in, its only when i take it out?
