I had to reset my computer. (They don't use reinstall Windows anymore). I was assured that by resetting and choosing keep files and folders, that my Outlook folder and all its contents would be saved.

They weren't

Now, My contacts are all gone, business, personal etc..

All those big promises like WindowsImageBackup would save everything. It did no such thing. All my contacts, address books etc are gone. You can imagine my anguish.

Could it be that somewhere on my PC is that magical pst file?

Download Everything. Run the program. Right Click > Run As Administrator. In the search box type *.pst. Good Luck.

Hi,

The most advisable technique is to keep the backup of the important data. If you are unable to find out your data or not created any backup, then may third-party tool help you.
