no clue what i have or what to do about it but when i tell the comp to run command prompt or task manager it says "the command prompt has been disabled by yor administrator" and "task manager has been disabled by your administrator" it is also screwing with the print drivers and not allowing me to print from word or internet explorerand the doozy is it won't let me do any norton's scans(when i go to the scan section it is blank)

Hi,

The forums are really busy, that explains why logs get behind. If you still need some help, please start with posting a new hijackthislog in this thread. Don't start with a new thread.
Then I'll take a look. :thumbsup:

Hi,

The current formatting of your log makes it very difficult to read, so in notepad:
On top, click Format >uncheck Word Wrap

Can you tell me what next is?

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [KLog] C:\Program Files\Ant War\Keyboard Logger\Keyspy.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [pskl] C:\Program Files\Ant War\Keyboard Logger Pro\keyspy.exe

I don't like it at all. Do you know this program Ant War? And did you install that Keyboard logger and Keyboard Logger pro? Can you tell me what it does? Because I don't like Keyboard loggers at all if they are indeed logging keystrokes.

Also, I want you to uninstall 247Cams via start > control panel > software > add/remove programs.

Then to fix the error with command prompt and taskmanager being disabled, we need to fix to import registry fixes first+also fix file associations that may be corrupted as well, so, * Download http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/UnHookExec.inf
Place it on your desktop.
RightClick UnHookExec.inf present on your desktop and choose Install

Once done,

Open notepad and copy and paste next present in the quotebox below in it:
(don't forget to copy and paste REGEDIT4)

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
"DisableCMD"=-
"DisableTaskMgr"=-

Save this as fix.reg Choose to save as *all files and place it on your desktop.
It should look like this: Posted Image
Doubleclick on it and when it asks you if you want to merge the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.
(In case you are unsure how to create a reg file, take a look here with screenshots.)

Also, can you only log in at one account at a time? Because I see other useraccounts are logged in as well.

After performing above, post a new HijackthisLog in your next reply.

Hi,

You didn't anwser my question about next entries:

Can you tell me what next is?

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [KLog] C:\Program Files\Ant War\Keyboard Logger\Keyspy.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [pskl] C:\Program Files\Ant War\Keyboard Logger Pro\keyspy.exe

This is important to know.

Yes, can happen that your taskmanager gets disabled again, because malware may be still active... but we'll fix that afterwards..

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/...//www.yahoo.com
F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
F3 - REG:win.ini: run=C:\WINDOWS\system32\scvhost.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k
O16 - DPF: {9522B3FB-7A2B-4646-8AF6-36E7F593073C} (cpbrkpie Control) - http://a19.g.akamai.net/7/19/7125/4056/ftp...02/cpbrkpie.cab
O16 - DPF: {DECEAAA2-370A-49BB-9362-68C3A58DDC62} (SAIX) - http://static.zangocash.com/cab/Seekmo/ie/...78445c367fb32fa
O21 - SSODL: Kbdcer - {899CE934-F390-49CA-90E9-E04916F18229} - blank (file missing)

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

* Download SDFix and save it to your desktop.

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  • Choose your usual account.
  • In Safe Mode, doubleclick SDFix.exe
  • This will create a new folder on your desktop called SDFix
  • Open the SDfix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the script.
  • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.
  • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
* Clean your Cache and Cookies in IE:
  • Close all instances of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer
  • Go to Control Panel > Internet Options > General tab
  • Click the "Delete Cookies" button
  • Next to it, Click the "Delete Files" button
  • When prompted, place a check in: "Delete all offline content", click OK
* Clean your Cache and Cookies in Firefox (In case you also have Firefox installed):
  • Go to Tools > Options.
  • Click Privacy in the menu on the left side of the Options window.
  • Click the Clear button located to the right of each option (History, Cookies, Cache).
  • Click OK to close the Options window
    Alternatively, you can clear all information stored while browsing by clicking Clear All.
    A confirmation dialog box will be shown before clearing the information.
* Clean other Temporary files + Recycle bin
  • Go to start > run and type: cleanmgr and click ok.
  • Let it scan your system for files to remove.
  • Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin are the only things checked.
  • Press OK to remove them.
Please perform this online scan: Kaspersky Webscan
1. Read the Requirements and Privacy statement, then select "Accept"
2. A dialogue box will appearing asking "Do you want to install this software?" Name: kavwebscan_unicode.cab
3. Select "Install" to download the ActiveX controls that allows ActiveScan to run.
4. If running MSAS beta you may receive an alert that an IE ActiveX program requires your approval. Click "Allow"
5. When the download is complete it will say ready, click "Next"
6. Select a target to scan: Click on "My Computer"
7. When the scan is complete choose to save the results as "Save as Text"
Or copy it from the Html file.

In case you can't access the Kaspersky site, perform next first:
* Download: Hoster
Unzip hoster to an own folder, eg C:\Hoster
Start Hoster.exe, click 'Restore Original Hosts' and click OK.

Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with a new HijackThis log and the Kaspersky Log.

Extra addition.. I see you installed AVG. I also see you tried to remove Norton, but not sure how you did this, because there are still a lot of leftovers present, which makes me think you tried to remove it manually.
We really have to get rid of Norton and leftovers properly though, so to fully remove Norton AntiVirus, you should go here and download the files and print the instructions for removal, and follow them:
How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2004/2005/2006 (note: this removes ALL Norton 2004/2005/2006 products from your computer, and also uninstalls Norton Ghost 10.0/9.0/2003)
How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2003 or Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional Edition
How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus 2000/2001/2002

Also read this article in case you're having problems with uninstalling Norton if above instructions didn't work, or noticed problems after uninstalling Norton:
