all my picture have type xxx.a009 !!

hi all :D
first sorry for my bad english 
two days latter my personal system was more virus or trojan , that virus or trojan broken all my picture and photo and i can see change type from jpeg to a009 and cant open , after scan and clean by Avira 2018 trial (30 days)
all my picture still have that type and cant open and see , i can change type to jpeg but cant open and .....
i attach a photo frrom error and that type file
anyone can help me and say how can change or fix this problem ?

If you believe you are dealing with ransomware which appended to a .a009 extension to the end of your files names, you can submit (upload) samples of encrypted files, ransom notes and any contact email addresses or hyperlinks provided by the cyber-criminals to ID Ransomware for assistance with identification and confirmation?
