I built a new DIY kit, I changed out ddr4 mem sticks my first set had errors but new set is fine. I migrated my new Windows 10 pro from Samsung Evo 860 pro ssd to Samsung Evo 960 pro ssd on MB slot. run diagnostics on memory all is well, run on CPU all is well/run on HDD,SSD all is well. 

 

MB: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 (tried bios update to F5 it stopped reading M.2 went back to F4 now reading M.2)

 

CPU: Intel core i7-8700k

 

VGA: EVGA GTX 1080

 

Dram: Corsair Vengeance RGB 3000 MHz

 

PSU: EVGA 700B

Try checking your voltages in the BIOS. Some of them are off in the Speccy report. most of them aren't withing 5% + or -. You may need to RMA your PSU.

 

CPU CORE: 1.696 V
MEMORY CONTROLLER: 2.736 V
+3.3V: 2.720 V
+5V: 4.596 V
-12V: (6.528) V
-5V: (7.296) V
+5V HIGH THRESHOLD: 3.817 V
CMOS BATTERY: 2.176 V

I replaced my PSU today it ran for 4 hrs when I was here, left the pc running and went away for 3 1/2 hrs got home it was blue screen again

​Problem solved reinstalled Windows 10 Pro clean install
