It appears to me you wish to close out that Yahoo email account. If you do, do not log in to that account anymore: there is a time frame it will become closed out but if I remember correctly, that time frame is based on inactivity.

--- The most important part of what to watch out for, make sure to close it out properly.

--- Earlier this year one of my friends had a problem with their Yahoo account, found Yahoo contact phone numbers for help on the Internet but ended up in a complete disaster on their computer: it wasn't Yahoo help they called.

Thanks. Ive had that account for many years and would like to keep it. I have several others also. But, with the parting ways of att and yahoo would you recommend moving? If so where? I can log into all the accounts.
Thanks

No problem, I wouldn't move anything if the account is safe & secure. Maybe I need to know what are ghost mails.
