Hi all and thank you for your time.

My computer has some sort of virus or malware. I cannot update my current anti-virus or Malwarebytes. I have tried to add ESET and it won't recognize the exe file. I have also tried while in Safe mode. I get numerous pop-ups. (1.) claims there is a problem with BitDefender, although I have never had it on my system. (2.) states that a file location can't be found. I have tried to boot system from boot drive with RKill.exe. I can't get anything to load that has to do with security software. please help
