Ransomware Victim

Hi I am Grooty and I am a Ransomware victim.


I got hit with a Sigma Ransomeware virus and the person using the computer thought they were helping and did a roll back to a restore point in the past.

The problem is the first restore point didn't work and an error message popped up and so he took a screen shot in case the next restore point didn't work.

The next restore point rolled the computer back to where it is usable but had no affect on the encrypted files.

The problem is the error message covers the id to get to the payment information to get the encryption keys.

I tried your site but it asks for the payment file and I have no idea where it is if it is even on the computer anymore

Any help appreciated
