Hello,

I have a lenovo ideapad flex 4 1470. I upgraded the ram from a 4gb to 16 gb ddr4 wqee SODIMM. After replacing old ram with the new one the laptop would not boot. I only see a black screen. I checked it was seated correctly and tried again, nothing. I replaced the new ram cars with the old one and I'm still getting a black screen. As far as i can tell its seated correctly with a thin sheep of gold showing. I'm at my wits end any suggestions for troubleshooting are greatly appreciated.
