My monitor turned into this.

After using few min my monitor turned into this.. my mouse, keyboard stops working.

Is there anyone knows what I need to do?

Try a new video cable, if that does not work try a different (known) working monitor, if that doesn't work try a different (known) working video card. If your using on board video then you might need a new mother board

Do the following.  Shut down restart while repeatedly tapping F8, you should get s screen that lets you select to start in "Safe Mode", select that and let us know.   This will help others, also please post you full system specs.

If you can boot into safe with no graphics problem...it's probably a driver issue.

 

I would go that route before trying anything else.
