I have run McAffee virus scan with all of the latest upgrades, i have SpySweeper and that still does not correct either of the problems. I know that I am supposed to delete one of the invisible files from the aboutblank virus after I turn off system restore and turn the computer on is safe mode. If someone could please give me a little more insight into this problem I would greatly appreciate it, no one has been able to help me out thus far and this is my 4th post. Thank You.
