So, I'm beginning to notice this periodically with my machine and I'm concerned whether or not I'm dealing with glitches or that my machine is indirectly telling me of failure.

I've captured a couple screenshots to better detail what I'm dealing with and maybe I could get an answer.

What's going on?

Thanks for the help.

The first thing to try with these "gremlin" type problems is System Restore; pick a date immediately before this started happening.

What happens when you right-click on it, what does it say?
