Win XP with out service packs?

Guys I'm just asking...why is win XP without the service packs unprotected?

Actually...Win XP...with the service packs is not adequately protected...since Microsoft discontinued issuing critical security updates...two years ago.


If anything...the lack of the service packs and the subsequent critical updates...just increases system vulnerability.


If you don't know why critical security updates are important...I suggest you use Google and do a little reading.

If your system is capable of running W7 by all means grab a copy off Ebay, they have gotten very cheap.  This will get you into a position of getting needed updates until 2020.  IMO you will like W7!
