Good day,

Yesterday I noticed that when I attempt to sure the internet, I am getting redirected to unwanted web-sites.

One frequent site it takes me to is alphashoppers.co

I also notice other unwanted redirects it will go to.

I found the instructions for self help in the browser redirect removal guide and followed it through the various steps. Once complete it requested a reboot.

Once rebooted I opened FF and that browser rediects remain.

I am running Windows 10

I appreciate you taking the time to read this... thank-you and I look forward to some assistance

Welcome to BC....

Is this the guide you followed? If so, a refresh of Firefox may solve the problem....or not...never know until you try.

Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings | Firefox Help

Let me know if this is the guide and if refreshing Firefox solved the redirect problem or not.

To remove Web Browser Redirect Virus, follow these steps:
“Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded and the atoms in your left hand probably came from a different star than your right hand. It really is the most poetic thing I know about physics...you are all stardust.”Lawrence M. Krauss
A 1792 U.S. penny, designed in part by Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, reads “Liberty Parent of Science & Industry.”
