I want  to upgrade my home computer. Currently I am using Dual Core with Windows XP Professional version. Somehow I arranged a budget of $450 to make a whole upgrade. I want to buy minimum Core i3 PC with Windows 7 license keys. Is there any place to purchase a cheap legal copy of windows 7 for home .

Pretty much any system (new or refurbished) today comes with a copy of the O/S.  There is no need to buy/install a separate copy of the same version of Windows.  Refurb systems are the best way that I know of...to move from a seriously outdated system/OS...to a better/more current version.

you can buy windows 7 license keys on ebay for as little as $15

i have done it MANY TIMES.....and every single one of them have worked,

The seller will normally email your key as soon as you complete the transaction, so you get it instantly,

All you need to do is create your own installation CD or USB media.....which is easy

Yeah but go with the first option now buying refurbished PC instead of buying a new OS
