Your message isn't very clear, so I'm guessing that you looked in the Device Manger and saw an error under Network Adapters?  If this is not the case please clarify what you did do.

What are you doing when you get this error?

Is this in the Device manager that you are seeing the X?

If it is not, where are you seeing this?

If this is an error message please post the entire error message or make a Screenshot and post that.

If you need instructions to make and post the Screenshot I've included them below.

How to make a screenshot and post it in your topic

Press the Print Screen to capture its image.

Open Paint and click/tap on Paste

Click/tap on File and select Save as, add a name for the file.

How to post an image in your topic

Just below the area where you write text in a post there is the Post button, to the right of this is More Reply Options.

When you click on More Relpy Options you will see Attach Files and Browse, click on Browse, this will open Pictures on your computer, click on the image you want to post, then click on Attach This File, then Add Reply.

Click on your network connection icon in the taskbar by the clock to access the wifi connections and click on the router you wish to use.

I've been doing some research and every option I'm finding ti fix bluetooth is showing the bluetooth icon in device manager but i cannot find that icon nowhere in device manager. by choosing hidden icons or device by connections it seems like it was remove from the computer.
