HP Printers Tray 2 not showing up on Win 10, Shows in Win 7 and 8

Have 2 HP Officejet Pro 8600 wifi networked printers with two trays. The second tray does not show on Windows 10 Home laptop (Samsung) or Dell Inspiron.

 

They show and work fine on the Win 7 and 8 machines. We have tried and tried and tried every suggestion we found on the web including removing and reattaching 2 tray, removing software with HP app,  and https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Software-and-Drivers/Windows-10-does-not-recognize-extra-paper... etc, etc, etc to no avail.

 

On one of the printers the 2nd tray did show yesterday, but after doing the many suggestions it now does not show in Win 10. Tray 2 is not an option in Device Settings in Printer Preferences.

 

When adding printer it does not show up in browsing network printers although they do show in 7 and 8. We have to enter the IP Address.

 

Any suggestion are most welcome.
