I tried to download a new program.  I received an error message because I didn't have authority.  Someone no longer associated with the computer is the Administrator and unable to be reached.  I have watched several videos on how to fix this, but I still receive error messages.  Any help appreciated.

This was attempting to enable the hidden administrator account using the net user command? Did your right click command and select Run as Administrator?

Download Lazesoft Password Recovery on another computer. It will create a bootable CD or USB flash drive. Make sure you select the OS of the target drive in the dropdown box.

Boot the media and then Reset the Admin password.

Boot back into windows and you should now be able to login to the Hidden Administrator Account and create a new admin account.
