I have a slow computer and internet:
Things I tried:
1) Ran MalwareBytes full scan in safe mode.
2) Startup services - made sure most non-Microsoft services are disabled for startup
3) Startup programs - made sure most programs are disabled for startup
4) Uninstalled some programs I had recently installed.
OS: Windows 7 Dekstop
