So now Firefox is always crashing because I have 10.8 and I can't update my OS to El Capitain EVEN THOUGH its available for free so my whole Apple Imac SUCKS and so does Apple.

Because I can't update my OS I can't update Firefox either.  There are allegedly systems in place to get my OS update but they don't work because my Apple ID doesn't work and when I follow the procedure to get my Apple ID fixed Apple says it will send a code to my email but the email never shows up - not in regular mail or SPAM so APPLE IS A RIPOFF CON ARTIST.
