hi guys :))

so i reset my computer yesterday but now there's no sound at all...

it says: "no audio output device is installed", and when i go to playback devices it's written "no audio devices are installed", and the speakers are not there.

the troubleshooter didn't help and i have speakers that don't require a drive installation (Creative a300), so i have no clue how to install them...

thank you :)

Is there a yellow exclamation mark next to your Sound Device section in Device Manager?  Right click the speaker icon in the system tray. Select Playback Devices and make sure you have a green check mark next to speakers. Set the speaker as default if there is no green checkmark.

There are some additional tips in the below link.

You are saying no sound device is listed under the sound category of Device Manager, correct? At the top most tree, your PC, of Device Manager, click Action > Scan for Hardware Changes. The screenshot should be jpg format. Click more reply options and click Choose file next to the paperclip icon. Click Attach file.
