I have had Spectrum Internet in Alabama and in Tennessee.  I currently use them in Tennessee.  They are the fastest provider of cable Internet in my area.  I have 100MB/10MB and it works great most of the time.  Is there something specific you want to know about the service?

On my end while clicking the link says 30Mb speeds with no Data caps, which is 2x better over what I had when initially signing up with EarthLink (15Mb download, 1Mb upload). :)

The service was furnished by Time Warner, which now is Spectrum, speeds are now over 70Mb download & 7Mb upload & no price increase, other than the modem fee imposed by Time Warner a couple of years back. Bill is now $53 & some change, can't beat the price in this area w/out signing a 2 year contract with AT&T. Which I'd love to have, my sister in law who lives less than a mile away on the other side of the Interstate has U-Verse, it's not offered here due to (for now) the lack of infrastructure. When it comes, may make the leap, they'll likely have a good promo. That is, unless the city rolls out free wireless to everyone. The issue with that is the owners of the utility poles likely won't go along w/out payment, which will require a tax increase to homeowners, so won't be banking on it. However, there are wireless spots on all of the city's poles, water tanks & participating merchants. All I'd then need would be a good VPN. :)

Spectrum also offers as a 1 year promo, $29.99 for cable Internet, Phone & TV, but then goes to regular price afterwards, don't know if it's nationwide or their coverage area, or select markets. I'm sticking with what I have, because it looks like am grandfathered to the price, or the FTC didn't allow all of the acquired brands to fall. Although they do call me all the time, so much I know the number & don't answer. They want to get me off of EarthLink & onto one of their plans, although minimum speed would then be 100Mb/sec.

Overall, other than the marketing calls, am a happy Spectrum customer. :)
